Terms and conditions for renting our RVs for 2025/2026

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS:

1. The general terms and conditions of motorhome rental define the obligations and rights of the Lessor and the Lessee.

2. They are an integral part of the motorhome rental contract and become effective upon signing the contract.

3. The subject of the rental is a motorhome.

4. The rental begins when the car is handed over or on the date specified in the rental agreement.

5. On the day of signing the agreement, the Tenant shall submit for inspection a driver's license and a current photo identification document, which is necessary for signing the Rental Agreement.

6. The Renter shall be fully responsible for any damage caused during the rental and conduct inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions of Rental by all trip participants including the driver.

7. If several people rent the same vehicle, their liability is joint and several.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:

1. The driver may be the Renter or a person designated by the Renter and listed in the rental agreement as the driver.

2. The lessee is responsible for the requirements of the driver.

3. The driver must be at least 25 years old and have held a category B driver's license for at least 3 years.

4. The driver is obliged to obey the traffic regulations of the country in which he is located.

5. It is absolutely forbidden to drive under the influence of alcohol or other means affecting psychomotor performance.

6. Any fines shall be paid by the Tenant.

7. Prohibition of driving on roads unsuitable for traffic.

8. When reversing maneuvers, a second person with the ability to observe the maneuver being performed is necessary.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:

1. Reservations can be made in person, by phone or email. Confirmation of the reservation is a return e-mail.

2. In order to confirm the reservation, 30% deposit must be paid, but not less than 400pln (which may be forfeited in case of cancellation) within 3 days to the Lessor's account or in cash at the company's headquarters.

3. The remaining balance is due on, or by, the day of departure.

4. Failure to pay the reservation deposit within 3d days of receiving the offer, will result in the release of the initial reservation.

5. The signing of the contract (physical) takes place on the day the vehicle is issued.

6. Change of rental date is possible only with the consent of the Lessor.

DEPOSIT:

1. Payment of a deposit is necessary to rent a vehicle.

2. The amount of the deposit for renting a motorhome is set at 5000pln.

3. The deposit secures any claims of the landlord against the tenant in case of damage and other claims in particular:

- Car theft and total loss

- Loss of registration certificate, keys

- Damage to the rental car

- Damage to the interior, e.g., damage to upholstery, equipment on board

4. The tenant undertakes to pay the deposit in cash or by bank transfer in time to receive it no later than the day of departure

5. The deposit is refunded on the day the car is returned, or up to 30 days after returning the car if damage is caused.

6. The deposit may be reduced by the cost of repairing the damage.

INSURANCE:

1. The car has liability insurance, AC, accident insurance, collision insurance, assistance.

2. Damage with a value up to the amount of the deposit is the responsibility of the Renter. In case of damage with a value above this amount or total destruction of the vehicle, theft, the deposit is completely forfeited to the Lessor. The exception is when the damage is the fault of another driver, in which case it is covered by the OC of the perpetrator. It is necessary in such a situation to call the police to the scene and write a statement.

WITHDRAWAL:

1. In the event of cancellation of the lease by the tenant, the reservation fee (deposit) is non-refundable, if no other tenant can be found in its place.

2. In the event of cancellation of the contract through the fault of the Lessor, the Lessor agrees to return all money paid for rent.

HANDOVER AND RETURN OF THE CAR:

1. During the high season, the minimum rental period is 6 days, other seasons 3 days.

2. The day of collection and return of the car is Saturday or Sunday. The car must be handed over by 12:00 p.m. The car is picked up between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. after the car has been inspected. Other times of release and acceptance of the car are possible only with the consent of the Lessor.

3. In case of a delay in returning the car, a contractual penalty of 70pln per each commenced hour of delay is established regardless of the prevailing weather conditions and other unforeseen events on the road.

4. In the event of a delay in the release of the car through the fault of the Lessor, the Lessor agrees to refund the amount due for each day of delay.

5. Before handing over the car, the Lessee is obliged to undergo training in the operation of the car and the use of the equipment on board.

6. Return of the car by the Renter before the designated return date does not obligate the Lessor to refund the amount due for the unused rental period.

7. In case of late return of the motorhome without notifying the Lessor exceeding 12 hours, the Lessor shall notify the law enforcement agencies of the theft and this will result in the complete forfeiture of the deposit.

ACCIDENT AND BREAKDOWN OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT:

1. Each car is covered by liability insurance, AC, accident insurance, collision insurance, assistance insurance.

2. In the event of a breakdown or accident, the Lessee is obliged to immediately inform the Lessor of the fact.

3. If the malfunction does not affect driving safety or deterioration of the vehicle, driving may continue. Otherwise, the malfunction should be corrected in a way that guarantees driving safety.

4. In the event of a breakdown caused through no fault of the Lessee, the Lessee agrees to agree with the Lessor on how to remove the breakdown.

5. The lessor agrees to reimburse the cost of the agreed repair upon presentation of the relevant documents confirming the expense and the return of the replaced part.

6. In the event that a breakdown/accident occurred due to the fault of the Renter or persons traveling with him, the Lessor has the right to claim any compensation for losses incurred up to the amount of the deposit. If the cost of repair exceeds the amount of the deposit, autocasco is triggered. In case of causing an accident/damage to the car in a situation when the driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants, the entire absolute responsibility shall be borne by the Rentee.

7. The lessor is not responsible for downtime caused by breakdown, accident or theft, and is not obliged to provide transportation or replacement accommodation. This role is performed by Assistance insurance.

RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF THE CAR:

1. The motorhome may not be used for purposes other than tourism.

2. The renter may not sublet the motorhome.

3. The vehicle should be properly locked and secured against theft.

4. The lessee is obliged to check the condition of the vehicle for driving safety each time.

5. It is forbidden to exceed the speed limit of 110km/h in the case of cars older than 8 years and 115km/h for new or newer ones. The cars are equipped with GPS transmitters, which inform the Renter about this fact.

6. It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the car, and any defects caused by non-compliance with the prohibition will be removed at the expense of the Renter (such as washing upholstery or replacing damaged upholstery, countertops, furniture, plastics).

7. It is permitted to travel with rented equipment in the European Union and associated countries. With consent, travel to Eastern European countries (e.g. Romania, Belarus, Russia) is allowed. Consent can only be given in writing. The ban includes areas of warfare, unrest, riots.

PRICE INCLUDES:

1. A full tank of fuel. At the same time the Renter is obliged to return the car also with a full tank. In case of less fuel, refueling will be at the expense of the Hirer, calculating 10pln per liter.

2. Gas cylinder.

3. Liability, AC, accident insurance, collision, assistance.

4. The car fully prepared for travel- clean inside and outside, with a clean bathroom and emptied toilet. The renter is obliged to return the vehicle in the same condition. Failure to do so will result in additional charges:

- external washing 100pln

- interior cleaning 200pln

- emptying and cleaning of the chemical toilet 200pln

5. The car's equipment is available in the detailed vehicle offer.

6. A one-time service fee of 450 pln net is added to the rental price (a detailed price list can be found on the lessor's website www.yourcampspace.com).

This fee includes:

- filling of gas cylinder / propane-butane / 11KG

- preparation of the chemical toilet specialized liquid for the chemical toilet (for the entire lease period) specialized paper for the chemical toilet (as above) replenishment of operating fluids

- filling of the water tank about 50 - 75%

- technical inspection of the vehicle and equipment

- no mileage limit

- car maintenance training

Availability of additional equipment (tables, chairs, grills) is limited. Please inquire about availability before renting.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:

1. The Lessor declares that the Renter's personal data are not stored in the Lessor's company. They are destroyed after the end of the rental and return of the car.
